1. Who you are contracting with

These terms cover the purchase of an OMAS Premium licence. The OMAS server itself is separate: it is distributed under the MIT licence fromthe public repository and is not covered by this agreement.

2. What the licence grants

A Premium purchase grants one perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relay server, desktop companion, and packaged builds described on the Premium page. The licence does not expire and does not require a subscription.

You may run the licensed software on machines you own or control, and you may self-host the relay server. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the licensed software or your licence key.

3. Price and payment

The price is €149 (EUR) as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Revolut. Card details are entered in Revolut's payment window and are never received, processed, or stored by this site.

The licence is issued after Revolut confirms the payment to our server. If that confirmation does not arrive, no licence is issued and no charge is retained.

4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate on payment confirmation: a licence key and download links are shown on a signed download page, and the same details are sent to the email address you supply at checkout.

5. No warranty

The licensed software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a developer tool that mediates access to source repositories; you are responsible for choosing which repositories to approve, which capability mode to grant, and whether to enable optional features such as command execution or unsafe_full_access.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from the licensed software is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Termination

The licence may be revoked if it is redistributed publicly or used to circumvent payment. Revocation does not entitle you to a refund beyond the refund policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, and the courts of Austria have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
