14-day refund

If the Premium relay or desktop companion does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one. You do not need to justify the request.

Try the free server first

Almost every question about whether OMAS suits you can be answered without paying. The MIT-licensed server has every tool and both modes; Premium only adds the relay, the support window, and packaging. We would rather you install the free build than buy and refund.

EU right of withdrawal

For consumers in the EU, digital content delivered immediately is exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins with your express consent. Checkout asks for that consent because the licence key is issued the moment payment is confirmed.

The 14-day policy above is offered voluntarily and is independent of that statutory position, so you keep a refund window either way.

How to request one

Open a request through the repository with your order reference, which appears on your download page and in your receipt email. Refunds are returned through Revolut to the original payment method, typically within five business days.

After a refund

A refunded licence key is revoked. Because keys verify offline, revocation applies from the next licence check rather than instantly, and continuing to use a refunded licence is a breach of the terms of sale.
